Don’t forget the bottoms of your feet as well; those summer sandals can cause wear and tear so give that part of your body some love as well.

Don’t Skimp on Sunscreen
Sun damage from UVA and UVB rays can increase your risk of skin cancer, as well as increase wrinkles. Apply sunscreen that has a high SPF number and that is broad spectrum, meaning it blocks UVA and UVB rays.
